Brighid’s Well, Inc., and all constituents (employees & business branches) thereof, will never buy or sell your contact information or personal information. Our website, promotional email collection, advertising, and secure on-line shopping follows the protocols of protection of your privacy rights as a consumer according to our webhost, servers, and processors – including but not limited to Square, Inc., Weebly, G-Suite/Google , and PayPal.
Philosophically, we believe in personal responsibility to each’s own power of choice and participation, as well as such pertains to Natural Law. We respect principles of anonymity and guidelines inherent in “good behavior” & professional best-practices.
Customer/Client Services are held to high standards and integrity. While no one can guarantee the future due to one’s own freedom of will and creation of personal reality, we do guarantee full refund for unsatisfactory services, unless otherwise specified (such as partial refunds, deposits, or cancellation fees, etc.). Any damaged or unsatisfactory product may also be refunded, or replaced based on product availability, upon request.
Refunds or replacements of products must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Special exceptions may apply to those products which are shipped/delivered after the 14-day-from-purchase, including emailed reports and certain digital products, and items on “back-order” or “out-of-stock”.
Refunds of services, including but not limited to readings, workshops, and courses, must be requested by the purchaser within 30-days unless otherwise noted (usually noted on a sales page or confirmation message or confirmation email) within the context of a program which extends beyond the 30-day mark or contains indications of only partial refunds, etc.
